3595900 - CI_DS Production Tasks that read from or write to flat file on mounted drive are taking unusually longer time on occasional task runs

Unusually long task runs intermittently of two tasks - one writes the other reads to/from flat file on same mounted drive 

For the task that's writing to flat file on mounted drive:
Monitor log shows normal times for all transforms but the last one.
On the last transform (step - writing to file): Elapsed time is OK, absolute time is very high

For the task that's reading from flat file on mounted drive:
Monitor log shows higher then usual times for all transforms.
Elapsed time is very high as well as absolute time.
