3595905 - HTML tags appear on Crystal Reports prompts page when refreshing reports in BI launchpad

Symptom

  • After updating BI Platform to version 4.3 SP03 or above, HTML tags are observed in the prompts dialog box in BI launchpad (see screenshot below).


  • In Crystal Reports client tool, in the same BI environment as above, prompts appear properly formatted and no HTML tags are observed (see screenshot below).
