3595910 - Follow on document type doesn’t show values for custom RFQ type in Manage RFQs

The follow-on document type list shows no values in custom RFQ document type in app 'Manage RFQs'.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Custom RFQ document type has been created in SSCUI 104221: Define Document Types for RFQs
2. New RFQ in custom document type has created in Manage RFQs
3. In Follow-On Document Type of General Information, there's no values shows and can be selected

Just like the standard document type RQ, the quotation and RFQ types should be the same.

Ensure that the custom document type names for RFQ and Supplier Quotations are the same, like ZRQ& ZRQ to facilitate data reading, which will allow the Follow-On Document Type to display the correct values.

• 104221: Define Document Types for RFQs
• 103895: Define Document Types for Supplier Quotations

Notes: In 103895, the Supplier Quotations document type can be created by copying the standard document type, and you can choose whether to copy all the following settings or just the header settings.
