Reproducing the Issue

  1. Launch Analytics Cloud Mobile
  2. Open story that uses tunnel connection to BW/4HANA
  3. Pop-up opens with blank screen
  4. Eventually the screen will disappear and story will be shown
  5. If you dismiss the pop-up before it disappears, the story will also be shown

Resolution

  • The issue was resolved by Development as of May 20, 2025
