3595935 - SSO Certificate Renewal Procedure with SF-IAS Integration

• Potential Issues with BizX SSO Certificate Auto-Renewal due to IAS SAML Metadata URL
• You might experience issues with SSO to your BizX environment, potentially leading to login failures or disruptions. This could occur as we are in the process of enabling automatic renewal of the BizX SSO certificate by IAS before the June 2nd expiration date.
• The successful auto-renewal is dependent on the SAML metadata URL field being populated correctly within the IAS application. While from SAP are proactively running an internal process to populate this field across all Data Centers , including Preview and Production (planned for the next two weeks), as part of roadmap plan. In case there are issues encountered due to SSO Cert renewal , Pease refer the "Resolution" section of the KBA to resolve the issue .
