3595936 - Error "User is not assigned to manage Identity Provisioning Role" despite role being assigned

• When accessing IPS tenant on NEO environment, some users may see the error message "User is not assigned to Manage Identity Provisioning role" even with the role assigned;
• Under IAM Tenants the user is present as IPS administrator;
• User have Manage Identity Provisioning role as per Manage Authorizations in Neo Environment
