3596015 - Prod Order Shown in "Manage Defects" app but not in "Process Defects" app for the Same Inspection Lot

When defects are created from the "Record Production Defect" app with reference to the production order, the manufacturing order is shown in both "Process Defects" app and "Manage Defects" app. If the defect is created in the "Results Recording" app, then for those defects manufacturing order is showing only in the "Manage Defects" app but not in the "Process Defect" app.

Concerning production order, it is only filled when record "production defect" and manually enter the production order ID. So when creating a defect within the "Results Recording", even though for an inspection lot which refers to a production order, this value gets not filled. Instead, inspection lot ID is only as kind of main reference object.
