3596027 - Permission to view Date Of Birth have not been provided to users, however they are able to view everyones DOB

Users can view everyone's Date of Birth even though the field has not been permissioned for them in report

• This is expected behaviour.
• The visibility of the Date of Birth (DOB) field is controlled through Biographical Information. Granting access to this section provides visibility to fields including DOB.
• As best practice, access to the Bio portlet should be carefully administered as this is private data and is subject to GDPR.

If access to Biographical Information is required but DOB visibility should be restricted, ensure that the DOB field is not included in the report when sharing it with users.
