3596198 - Error "Driver not configured" in extraction program - SAP S/4HANA 2023 onwards

Symptom

When executing the data extraction programs, either MM_PUR_PR_EXTRACTION_SCHEDULER or MM_PUR_PO_EXTRACTION_SCHEDULER, the following error is encountered:
"Driver not configured for 'Central Purchasing Value Help'".

Consequently, the dropdowns (value helps) for the Connected System ID, Document Type, Purchasing Group, Purchasing Organization, and Company Code fields are empty.
