3596242 - E-mail configured in HANA Cockpit, but the alerts are not received - error is 'unable to relay recipient in non-accepted domain' 

Even after configuring the e-mails' setting for the alerts in the HANA Cockpit, these still are not received. In the indexserver log, the following problem/error can be seen:

SMTP protocol error, expected 250, got 550: SMTP; Unable to relay recipient in non-accepted domain
