Joule Capabilities - Learning Use Cases are failing with an error:

Reproducing the Issue

  1. In your system where Joule is already configured, launch the Joule prompt
  2. In Joule Enter Text "View required learning"
  3. Error appears "Oops, something went wrong. How about trying something different?"

Resolution

This is a known issue and is currently being investigated by the engineering team.

If you still face an issue after the 1H 2025 (2505) release, please report a support ticket in the component LOD-SF-LMS.
