3596367 - Missing Process Flow Tab in Manage Service Entry Sheet - Lean Services in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

After the 2502 upgrade, the process flow tab at the header level in the manage service entry sheet is no longer visible.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Manage Service Entry Sheets - Lean.
  2. Observe that the process flow tab is missing at the header level.

Cause

The issue is due to changes implemented in the 2502 release of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

Resolution

The process flow is no longer available at the header level of the service entry sheet. It can be viewed at the item level. 

This feature was already available with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2408, but required that you activate the feature Process flow at item level for service entry sheets (MM_PUR_SES_ITM_PROCESSFLOW). It is now generally available with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2502 and no longer requires a dedicated activation.
