Is it possible to remove the banner which states "Your file is ready for download. Download File" in the redesigned applicant workbench?

1. Use the download documents feature to download application data.
2. The banner will display and alert you when the file is ready for download.
   
   

The banner will remain visible even after the file has been downloaded by the user, this banner is automatically removed after 24 hours and will appear by default with each download requested.

We are working with our Product Managers to provide a functionality where the banner can be closed/dismissed from the UI once the file is successfully downloaded by the user (RCM-150374).

A workaround is available where the user can start a new download download request, before pressing download, click cancel and this will remove banner for the user on every job requisition.
