3596396 - Application Error When Requesting Time Off - 1H 2025

While requesting time off, an application error is raised in the following format:

• "An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support (with the error information of errorld==xxx-xxx, timestamp==yy-mm-dd-hh-mm-ss, and the version information from the current screen) if the issue keeps occurring."

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Off

1. Navigate to Administer Time UI/Time Off ESS UI
2. Request an absence
3. Select the time type.
4. Application error message is raised.

This is a known issue.

The defect will be fixed via patch 2505p2 which is scheduled for 29th April 2025 in Preview environments.
