3596469 - Error CK048 in CK11N

Symptom

When the standard cost estimate is created using transaction code CK11N, the error "CK048 - No cost element segment exists for &1 on &2" is issued in the log. The error "CK597 - Costing items for material &1 in plant &2 without cost element" may be issued in the log as well.
