Symptom

On executing the report RSUSR_LOCK_USERS in Central User Administration (CUA), it is observed that the action options to modify the users' validity dates are unavailable (grayed out)

  • Set the end of the validity to today (only valid users)
  • Set the end of the validity to yesterday (only valid users)
