3596792 - How to assign BU <Any BusinessUnit> to a Generic Classifier via CLGC file.

When uploading a CLGC file through Express Data Loader, which contains a Generic Classifier intended for assignment to any Business Unit, you receive the following error message: "The imported GenericClassifier, <Generic_Classifier>, has an invalid Business Unit name."
