With H1 2025 Release, there is a behavior change in the latest Goal Management. The people selector tab is closed by default for users.

Resolution
Due to an UI upgrade by the UI5 team in H1 2025 release,the behaviour of People Selector got updated & the people selector tab is closed by default . If the users want ,it needs to be expanded manually and can adjust size. But once its expand it, it cannot be close again.
Upon next time entry to the Goal Management, it is closed again.
