Error " Hierarchy is at present blocked against changes" while creating a Cost Center in app 'Manage Cost Centers'.

The error is obtained when the cost center group or the entire standard hierarchy is currently being edited. Or the cost center hierarchy in the app 'Manage Global Hierarchies' is not active.

As of version 2502, the default standard hierarchy changes for new cost centers.

Before version 2502, when a new cost center was created, it used to be assigned to standard hierarchy 0001 by default, which is a hierarchy based on a set of cost center groups.

The cost center standard hierarchy is in the 'Manage Global Hierarchies' app with CE2502 release.

Make sure the Cost Center hierarchy is active and is not being edited in the app 'Manage Global Hierarchies'.

Or the Cost Center Group is not being edited in the app 'Manage Cost Center Groups'.
