3596959 - Actions with employment status different than 3 (active) are not considered by PFAL / RHALEINI

Symptom

When attempting to replicate an employee's action, whose status is different than 3 in infotype 0000, using the RHALEINI program, the data is not selected into the IDoc, and the change is not replicated in the target system's HR master data.
