The Flow Builder is scheduled as a background job with the recurrency type event based for event SAP_FCLM_FLOWBUILDER_TRIGGER.

1. Configure the source application accounting using the configuration activity 'Define Source Application Accounting' (SSCUI ID 105487).
2. Set the Company Code, Accounting Scope, Cash Position Update Mode, and Liquidity Analysis Update Mode as per requirements.

Update Modes Explanation:

1. Close To Real Time: System monitors FI postings, newly posted or changed documents are inserted into the staging table, and the system automatically triggers the FlowBuilder Plus technical job to process these entries.
2. Deferred - Delta Table Update: System monitors FI postings, newly posted or changed documents are inserted into the staging table, but the system does not automatically trigger the FlowBuilder Plus job. A custom job needs to be scheduled to trigger processing.
3. Deferred - No Delta Table Update: System does not monitor FI postings, and no insertion of posted or changed documents into the staging table.
4. Not Relevant: Default update mode when Company Code is set to Liquidity Analysis Only. No update activities are carried out.
