3597024 - Contact Persons Created in Sales Cloud Version 2 Are Deleted After Delta Update of Account is Sent From SAP ERP

While using the Customer Replication Iflows(Due to lower ECC versions EHp7 and below) to replicate Customers & Contact Persons to Sales Cloud Version 2, the iflows are available only one way and when delta update is sent, contacts created in Sales Cloud V2 are deleted.

Customer Replication Iflows are available only one way. Contacts created in Sales Cloud V2 are not sent to ECC.
When a delta update is received, a full transmission occurs, and the incoming payload is expected to include all contact persons. Any contact not included will be removed. 

The intend to support only uni-directional replication from ECC to V2 for customers running on older ECC versions, specifically EHP7 and below.

Once CVI is activated, bi-directional replication for Business Partners can be used.
