3597052 - Unified Data Model - How to Find the Label and Field ID when adding Job Layout tokens- Recruiting Marketing

When Unified Data Model is enabled, drop-down options of tokens in Job Layout are not showing the field ID.

SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

1. Navigate to Career Site Builder > Layouts > Job.
2. Click on a Job Layout > Edit > Add Component > Job Token.
3. The drop down options only contain the RCM field labels not the field ID which might cause confusion which component to add specially for similarly named fields.

Job Layout tokens only display the field label meanwhile RCM fields in Search Results display both  field ID and labels of the RCM fields.

You may check the field ID of the corresponding RCM fields are displayed in the Search Results > Results Card > Add Field

For example, to add the correct RCM field for the Posting End Date in Job Layout, you should select the corresponding field label that has the field ID: unifiedStandardEnd. However this information is only visible in the Results Card > Add Field
