3597129 - Flexible Contact Options for Agency-Managed Applicants Feature is not working - Recruiting Management

Symptom

The redesigned Applicant Management tool now allows recruiters to choose whether to contact the agency, the applicant, or both when dealing with agency-managed applicants but is not working properly.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to redesigned applicant workbench
  2. Choose an agency candidate -> click contact button
  3. New contact option does not appear

Resolution

Ensure all these conditions are met for the applications where they expect to see the new contact options for each individual application.

  • The candidate's referred type should be an agency.
  • The agency is active.
  • The valid through date is today or later (not expired).
