3597150 - Mobile App Access to Legacy Learning Home Page Despite New Learning Experience Switch Default Setting Set to Hidden

• In SF Learning, despite setting the "New Learning Experience switch default setting" to hidden, the legacy Learning home page can still be accessed via the mobile application.
• The issue does not occur on the web browser, where only the new Learning home page is accessible after setting the "New Learning Experience switch default setting:" to hidden.

1. Log in and navigate to Learning Administration
2. Under integrated learning settings, set the "New Learning Experience switch default setting" to hidden on the LMS platform.
3. Access Learning via the mobile application.
4. Observe that the legacy Learning home page can still be switched on from Settings.

As per the SuccessFactors Learning engineering team, there is a cache delay to update the setting to mobile App.

The update should be reflected in mobile App after about 20 minutes~1 hour.
