Symptom

  • Error "Agent rule '/RULE/WF_INITIATOR' for step 'InformInitiator' is not defined in scenario" occurs during the activation of Flexi workflow for Group Journal entry.
  • The error persists even after implementing SAP Note 3545449 - Agent rule with id '/TEAM_FUNCTION/...' not found in scenario.
