*Issue starts from April 14, 2025 without provisioning change or instance refresh done by customer.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Go to ONB 1.0 dashboard
2. See error

There is no ONB 1.0 URL configured in provisioning page "Authorized SP Assertion Consumer Service Settings".

All companies were supposed to be migrated to SHA2 1-2 years ago, yet for some companies it didn't happen. After 2505 release, the migration script removed SHA1 Assertion Consumer Service records for those non-migrated companies.

Engineering team is working to prevent the same issue from happening in production. 

[Workaround]

1. Go to provisioning > Authorized SP Assertion Consumer Service Settings
2. Add the ONB 1.0 URL back > Save
