Symptom
On the Interview Scheduling page, when setting up an interview and sending notification mail to candidates, the Candidate Self-Schedules Interview trigger is used:
In this case, which email address will be considered the sender's email?

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Recruiting > Interview Scheduling
- Set up an interview
- Click on "Continue" button to create the interview and send notification mail to candidate
- In pop-up window, see an email address shows in "From" field on the top
Resolution
When setting up an interview, the interview creator's email address will be considered as the sender's email, even if the Single Sender is configured in this instance.
You can check the interview creator's email address in User Data File(UDF).
Please make sure the email domain for the creator's email address has configured SPF correctly, otherwise, the candidate will not receive the mail.
