3597236 - "Send Reminder" button is missing for manager who has "Manager Reminders" permission

The manager has the required "Manager Reminders" permission in the role. However, manager still cannot see the "Send Reminder" button. 

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

• Email function is not enabled for the instance. Email enablement is a prerequisite for this function to work for managers.
• Manager's subordinates have no overdue items.

1. Log into BizX >
2. Navigate to Learning Administration >
3. System Administration >
4. Configuration >
5. Global Application Settings >
6. Mail Tab >
7. For 'Enable email', select 'Enabled' >
8. Click on 'Apply Changes'.

Additionally, the button will only be displayed when there are items that are required and overdue for the subordinate as it is designed to send overdue reminder. Template ID is IlxTrainingOverdue.
