3597236 - "Send Reminder" button is missing for manager who has "Manager Reminders" permission

The manager has the required "Manager Reminders" permission in the role and the manager's subordinates have existing overdue training. However, manager still cannot see the "Send Reminder" button.

Email function is not enabled for the instance. Email enablement is a prerequisite for this function to work for managers.

Log into HCM > navigate to Learning Administration > System Administration > Configuration > Global Application Settings > Mail Tab > for 'Enable email', select 'Enabled' > click on 'Apply Changes'.
