3597300 - System Copy Provisioning via SAP Landscape Management (LaMa) Fails with SSL Communication Error

Symptom

When performing a system copy or tenant database replication via SAP Landscape Management (LaMa), the following error occurs:

Could not execute 'CREATE DATABASE <TARGET_DB> AS REPLICA OF <SOURCE_DB> AT '<SOURCE_HOST>:<PORT>''
SAP DBTech JDBC: [2]: general error: nameserver failed to process the request; ltt exception: exception 2111001: An error occurred while opening the channel; $INFO$=connection refused; $PARAM$=<IP>:<PORT>&2

In addition, trace files (nameserver.trc) indicate SSL-related errors:

SQLDBC connection failed with SQLDBC error -10709: Connection failed (RTE:[300013] SSL handshake failed: SSL error [536875282]: received a fatal TLS unrecognized_name alert from the peer)
Encrypted communication to the source database failed.
