• An error message is displayed when trying to upload an attachment in job information or termination screen for an employee.
• The error message states: "An exception was encountered while uploading the Attachment."

1. Navigate to the job information or termination event for the user
2. Attempt to upload an attachment
3. Error message is displaying 

The issue is happening because there is inconsistent historical data between DMS and Opentext side. 

In order to resolve the issue, Engineering Team needs to execute a script. Please raise a ticket with SAP Support to proceed further.
