3597512 - Wrong Information in Time and Expenses Not Assigned column in the Not Invoiced Time and Expenses view

When accessing the "Not Invoiced Time and Expenses" view, it shows a number that isn't zero. However when accessing the screen of Time and Expenses, all the available time and expenses are already assigned to Sales Orders. 

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Project Management work center.
2. Go to Not Invoiced Time and Expenses view. 
3. Search for ABC (ABC is the Project's ID). 

In 'Time and Expenses Not Assigned' column, it shows a value that is not zero. 

1. Click in Edit Time and Expenses button. 

All entries are assigned to Sales Orders-Items. The user is unable to locate the time/expense that is not assigned to any Sales Order. 

The item is already in a Project Invoice Request (PIR). That is why it is not available in the "Edit Time and Expenses" screen. However even in the PIR, the time/expense is still not assigned to any Sales Order. The steps to check it are listed below: 

1. Go to Customer Invoicing work center.
2. Go to Project Invoice Requests view.
3. Open the Advanced Filter.
4. Insert Reference Project ID: ABC.
5. Click in Go button.

Select the first PIR entry. 

1. Click in Edit button. 
2. Navigate to Items tab.
3. Navigate to Time and Expenses subtab. 
4. Click in Summarize By button and select Sales Order / Item. 

For "Unassigned", there is time (or expense) available to be invoiced that is not assigned to any Sales Order. 

In case there is no time/expense not assigned to any Sales Order, repeat the same steps for the other PIRs. 

System is working as expected.
