3597531 - Variance Color for Numeric Point Chart Changes to Black on the Exported PDF/PPT File in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

The following behavior occurs in SAC Optimized Design Experience (ODE) stories:

• On a numeric chart, the color of variance turns black when the story is exported to PDF/PPT.

SAP Analytics Cloud Version 2025.7.1

1. Open a story in view mode that contains variance on a numeric chart.
2. Go to File -> Export and select PDF/PPT to export it.
3. Notice that the color of variance has changed to black in the exported PDF/PPT file.

The issue is caused by a defect in the product.

• The issue is fixed in a future** version of SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Please refer to maintenance document.

** in version 2025.08 for customers on a bi-weekly (fast track) release cycle.
** in Q2 for customers on a Quarterly release cycle (QRC).
