Symptom

  • After connecting to the new VPN Global Protect, an error is encountered when trying to connect to the Incentive Management EXT databases.
  • The issue does not occur when using the old Cisco VPN.
  • The error message "Processing of message &1 stopped; message already in process" is displayed.
