Symptom

  • The creation of a sales document results in a zero value.
  • The pricing condition type, for example PR00, is not active at the line item level, resulting in a zero value in the sales document.
  • Despite the condition records being maintained for PR00, an error occurs at the line item level due to missing active pricing condition.
