3597622 - 1H 2025 - Agency Candidates showing Candidate Type as Agency when Forwarded to Another Requisition - Recruiting Management

• Ownership by Requisition: When an agency candidate from a job requisition is forwarded to another job requisition, the type of candidate shows as "Agency" candidate in Legacy Workbench while "External" in Redesigned Workbench.
• Ownership by Duration: After the ownership of agency expires and candidate from a job requisition is forwarded to another job requisition, the candidate type shows "Agency" in Legacy Workbench while "External" in Redesigned Workbench.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

• Ownership by Requisition:

1. Forward Agency from one requisition to another
2. In Redesigned workbench, the candidate type is "External"
3. Navigate to Legacy workbench, candidate type is "Agency"

• Ownership by Duration:

1. Forward Agency candidate with expired ownership from one requisition to another
2. In Redesigned workbench, the candidate type is "External"
3. Navigate to Legacy workbench, candidate type is "Agency"

This is a Known Issue.

As confirmed by the Engineering Team, this is a known issue in Legacy Workbench. Since that the feature is scheduled to be deprecated in future releases, it is recommended to use the new redesigned workbench in checking the candidate type. No changes will be done on the current behavior of Legacy Workbench.
