3597623 - "Some parameters are missing values (CRS 300003)" error observed when scheduling Crystal Reports for Enterprise reports

Symptom

  • Crystal Reports for Enterprise (CR4E) report schedules fail with the following error:
    "Some parameters are missing values (CRS 300003)"
  • Viewing the same report in BI launchpad or Central Management Console (CMC) works fine; no error is observed.
  • This error is observed even when all parameter/prompt values have been filled when scheduling.
  • You may observe this error after updating to BI Platform 4.3 SP04 Patch 8 and higher.
