3597633 - Integration Center job triggered by ISC event doesn't pick the Source API record

When employee terminination is triggered and the Odata API request for termination is sent to SFSF so that the changes are impacted, however the data is reaching SFSF but the Event for termination is not reaching ISC. The intelligent Services is not triggered. 

If you do the same activity via the UI (termination of employee) the ISC is triggered.

While doing the Termination import for user you will notice that no rules were being triggered at all (onSave and onPostSave).The cause is Missing RBP permissions for the User

In RBP Permission  "Enable business rules for selected entities" in Manage Permission Roles -> Employee Central Import Settings.
Once granting this permission, all the rules including onPostSave rule for event are getting triggered.".
