3597640 - 1H 2025 - CX - Next and Save Buttons Greyed Out Despite All Required Fields Filled - Recruiting Management

While completing the Profile Information in the new Reimagined Candidate Experience, the Next button stays greyed out even when all needed fields are filled in.

When changing the My Profile section, the Save button remains grey under the same conditions, which blocks saving profile updates.

The behavior will occur when there's a required field not permissioned to the Candidate.

The issue currently being investigated by SAP Software Engineering team.

As workaround to complete any release testing, you can temporally make any non-permissioned field not required. Since the issue won't impact Production, these changes will only be required in Preview.
