Matrix manager not aligned in spotlight view when the manager has no photo.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile - Spotlight
Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to the People Profile of a specific employee.
- Click on Spotlight view.
- Notice that the Matrix manager's profile is not aligned when there is no photo.
Resolution
The issue will be fixed via patch scheduled for 13th May 2025.
