Symptom

Below error happens during implementing a TCI note in Note Assistant (SNOTE):

Failed to execute current sub-queue. SAP Note cannot be processed further.

Queue not calculated due to missing maintenance certificate.

Message no. TN808

Diagnosis
Attempted to define a queue that contains OCS Package SAPKxxxx delivered by SAP. This failed as no maintenance certificate was found in the system
