3597706 - 1H 2025 Release Issue - Writing Assistant not displaying

Symptom

Post the 1H 2025 preview release, the Writing Assistant is no longer displaying in the performance forms, even though NOT using the latest forms experience.

Writing assistance should be available if the Latest Experience of Performance Management forms option is not enabled.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

Reproducing the Issue

Login to the affected instance
Go to Performance feature settings and make sure the Latest Experience Performance Form is disabled
Navigate to Performance Tab and create new forms
Writing assistance is not available

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue will be released on 2505p2 (29th April) in Preview instance.
