3597724 - Blank screen in CRM WEB UI.

When opening the CRM WEBUI using the T code WUI or WUI_SSO a blank screen appears after login. The error can be recreated by simply using WUI_SSO.
The error message in the console of the browser is:

• Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected identifier 'Filter' - default.htm:44
• Uncaught ReferenceError: thtmlbLeanMode is not defined
      at constructor (crmuifServer.js:318:4)
