3597804 - When using 3rd party system, files are not being processed on ODI

Symptom

  • A valid file was dropped into third party systems to be processed by ODI.
  • 3rd party systems is part of customer's ownership.
  • The file disappears from 3rd party system, no notification is received, indicating that the file is not being processed as expected by ODI.
  • Multiple files are found in the /inbound queue (into ODI), which are not being processed.
