What is the difference between Attachment User Limit and Attachment Max File Size?

Resolution

User limit - is the total accumulated file size limit that any user can upload in Manage Document. It can be a one time upload or accumulation of files that reaches the set User limit.

Max File Size Limit - is the file size limit for any upload by any user.

E.g.:
User limit: 100MB
Max File Size limit: 5MB

A user can only upload 0MB - 5MB at a time (single file upload). But the same user can have an accumulated 100MB worth of files uploaded in the system.
