Unable to update Rating History Type of specific Performance Form Template from "none" to "proficiency" on Talent Intelligence Hub.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub
Reproducing the Issue
1. Navigate to Manage Talent Intelligence Hub
2. Proficiency Settings > Rating History
3. Change Rating History Type from None to either Proficiency or Performance
4. Nothing will happen.
Cause
Expected Behavior if Growth Portfolio were enabled before hand.
Resolution
It is recommended that you change the rating history type before enabling the Growth Portfolio on your instance. Once the Growth Portfolio is enabled on your instance, changing the rating history type doesn't effect the proficiency ratings for the attributes on the people's Growth Portfolio.
