3597828 - How to Reassign Approver in Sales Quote Approval

Reassigning the Approver in the Sales Quote Approval could be an option to solve the issue. Follow the steps below to reassign the Approver in the Sales Quote.

1. Go to the Administrator work center
2. Go to the Business Task Management work center view
3. Search for the Sales Quote (e.g. Put "Approval for Sales Quotes" in the Process field in Advanced search. Put the Sales Quote ID in the subject column)
4. Select the Approval Process that needs to be reassigned
5. Click Assign Item in the Action
6. Select a new approver
7. Click OK
