3597853 - Uncaught Exception in ATC Exemption Browser

In transaction ATC, go to Exemption Browser and select an exemption in change mode. While in change mode, select a different exemption.  A popup opens and if you click "Cancel" or close the popup, the dump below occurs:

     An exception has occurred that was not caught.

 What happened?
     The exception of class "CX_SATC_CI_EXEMPT_GUI_ERROR" was triggered but not
      caught anywhere in the
     call hierarchy.

     Since exceptions represent error situations, and this error was not
     adequately responded to, ABAP program "SAPLSATC_CI_EXEMPTION_BROWSER" had to
      be terminated.
