The selected table is not the correct one.

There are two incumbent tables:

• Incumbent: This table is used for Succession Management (SCM) purposes and supports only one incumbent per position.
• Incumbent(s): This table lists all incumbents for a position and should be used in an Employee Central (EC) report. 

In this case, the solution is to use the Incumbent(s) table.
