Symptom

  • The metrics 'Job Server high CPU utilization' and 'Job Server high memory consumption' are grey in System Monitoring for a SAP Data Services system.

  • In 'Check Data Collection' of these metrics, the error message is shown:
    "No values for [SuperDomain|<DS_HostName>|SAP HostAgent  Process|SAP HostAgent SMDAXX|BODS|SAP_<SID>|<DS_HostName>|<DS_HostName>_JobServer_1_3500|CPUusage Total:Current Value]in Introscope Enterprise Manager IS_<HOSTNAME>_6001 for the last 300 seconds"
